GARDEN CENTER
Allen Landscape in Highland is looking for friendly, energetic and outgoing people to join our team at the Garden Center this Spring. We will be hiring multiple seasonal part-time positions, with the busiest months being April - June. See below for the positions available and preferred qualifications.
CASHIER
Duties include: helping customers with questions and recommendations, operating the register, assisting with restocking inventory, and assisting with watering and pruning the plants.
Preferred candidates must have:
- Great customer service skills
- Plant knowledge
- Open availability
- Sales experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to perform some physical activity
SALES ASSOCIATE
Duties include: helping customers with questions and recommendations, loading customers’ purchases, watering and maintaining the plants and general labor in the yard.
Preferred candidates must:
- Enjoy working outside
- Have plant knowledge
- Have the ability to perform physical activity including bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Have open availability
- Be friendly and outgoing to help with customers
