Return/Exchange Policy
STORE MERCHANDISE AND BAGGED MATERIALS (non-perishable) may be returned in original condition with original purchase receipt within 30 days of purchase. Original tender will be refunded. Cash returns are limited to $75 with receipt and picture ID; any remainder will be issued from the office in the form of a check.
TREES, SHRUBS, AND PERENNIALS may be returned or exchanged with Manager’s approval in original condition with original purchase receipt within 24 hours of purchase. Original tender will be refunded.
BULK MATERIALS may not be returned after they have been loaded into customer’s vehicle.
ANNUALS, TROPICALS, SOD, GIFT CERTIFICATES, AND SPECIAL ORDERS are not available for refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranties.
Once performed, services cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged, or warrantied.
SALE/SPECIALLY MARKED DOWN ITEMS are considered final sale and are not eligible to be returned.
LIVE CHRISTMAS TREES, GREENS, WREATHS, PORCH POTS & GARLAND - Due to their perishable nature, all LIVE Christmas items are considered final sale. We recommend using Prolong and/or Wilt Stop to help lengthen the life of your live Christmas decor.
Returns without a receipt require a picture ID, telephone number and transaction information. Transaction will be investigated and if original transaction can be found, return will be processed within 48 hours. Cash returns will not be performed without a receipt.
Tree, Shrub, Perennial and Rose Full Warranty Policy and Procedure
OUR RETAIL WARRANTY
We warranty our trees and shrubs for one year from the purchase date for 50% of the original purchase price. Perennials and roses are warrantied for 50% of the original purchase price for 90 days. ONE TIME REPLACEMENT ONLY. This warranty is available to registered customers only. This warranty applies to plants that are hardy in Zone 5 that were planted and watered in accordance with our provided instructions.
If the plant is seasonally unavailable, a rain check can be issued, or we can help you select a similar plant. Due to their perishable nature, annuals, houseplants/tropicals, seeds, bulbs, and sod are not warrantied.
THE REGISTER RECEIPT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL CLAIMS, ALONG WITH THE PLANT IN QUESTION.
At the first sign of plant decline, please email a picture of the plant, with a description of the problem, to gardencenter@allenlandscape.com so that all possible corrective action may be taken. If Allen Landscape has not been notified at the first sign of plant decline, THIS WARRANTY MAY BE VOIDED.
Refunds will be given on live trees, shrubs, perennials, or roses at management’s discretion within 24 hours of original purchase, provided plant material is in original condition.
DELIVERY AND PLANTING FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN WARRANTY
Our warranty does not cover plants purchased at a discount, abnormal weather (including winter damage), severe insect damage or disease, negligence, abuse, branch dieback and/or breakage, failure to blossom/fruit, or acts of nature that mankind cannot control. We do not warranty plants which die during the summer due to watering bans.

Reward Dollars Information
How it works: You will receive one Reward Dollar for every $10 worth of merchandise you buy this season. During Redemption Weeks, you can use Reward Dollars at face value for up to ONE HALF of any merchandise purchase (before tax), even on sale items!
For example: A $20 merchandise purchase means you can use up to $10 Reward Dollars and the rest shall be paid with cash/check/credit card.
When to redeem: You can redeem Reward Dollars the last seven days of the months listed below, starting in June!

*Reward Dollars are issued to registered retail customers (not contractors or commercial accounts) for merchandise only. Excludes gift certificates, deposits, service charges, special orders, pallet and semi-load/quantity purchasing and sod.
*Reward Dollars are not valid with any other coupon and are of no cash value.
*Reward Dollar purchases are final unless approved by a manager.
*Reward Dollars issued must be brought back in the event of a return.
*Reward Dollars can only be redeemed at Allen Landscape in Highland.
*We will take expired Rewards Dollars at half their value during the redemption dates.
